The setting of Hollybank is designed as a sculptural landform (a fusion of Land art and conceptual art), with the story of our forests and Forestry
Tasmania intertwined, alongside passive and active recreation, on a scale unsurpassed in Australia. Major attractions within the Park, consist of a ‘World Class Tree Canopy Tour’ and an International Mountain Bike course, ‘Devil’s Run’.
Hollybank, as an international setting for sculptural art, is designed to accommodate temporary installations by artists, performance art, works by contemporary artists from Tasmania, Australia and overseas. The landscapes of this diverse park are designed to impart spatial, colour and textural variety while framing views of sculptural art, the Hollybank forest and the dramatic background of Mt Arthur.
